Nothing bad to say about it - everything was good. Nice place to stay.

Liked: Access to the pool and spa facilities is the redeeming quality for the place
Disliked: The horrific and consistent noise throughout the night,which sounds like a potential plumbing issue. At first I thought it was furniture moving then drilling and by 10pm realised it must be something far more internal.

Convention was great, but rooms...

Liked: It was onsite for a convention we were attending - we wouldn't have stayed here if not for that location.I know my booking here only shows for 1 night - we were originally booked for 2, then added a third night later, and the staff did let us link those two bookings so that we didn't have to check out and in again and stayed in the same room from this booking (Fri-Sat) through to the following booking (Sat-Mon). Our stay was 3 nights long.
Disliked: The room was much smaller than expected, only 1 of the three lights worked, it was tired and stuffy and far from ideal. Additionally, we were not allowed outside food or drink anywhere onsite other than our room, which was a solid 15-20min walk to the convention centre rooms, despite being onsite. The lift also broke down the day before we left, which made getting bags out challenging.(Note re photos - the extra red pillow etc are my own, not provided by the hotel. Photo also doesn't show the chipped bath etc).
