Disliked: Poor quality breakfast and scrambled egg ran out at 8am and no more was being made so ended up with one fried egg and a small portion of beans

Disliked: The tawol were smelly like not being changed, it's the first time it happens. After many times staying and using the hotel.

Excellent weekend stay for the...

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean, shower was a little tepid on first morning but then I got up later and it was very busy.Breakfast was good, plenty of choice from pastries, cereals, fruit and cooked breakfast.Free wi-fi and plenty of parking.
Disliked: The night porter was also responsible for the bar so had to wait for him to hear the bell.

Disappointed

Liked: Quiet. Comfortable bed. Warm shower. Comfortable temperature.
Disliked: We booked 3 rooms. First room was fine. But the second room we were given wasn’t cleaned. Smelled of smoke and the bed was obviously slept in, there were dirty towels on the floor and bags of rubbish including a half eaten KFC on the floor. I couldn’t find the room HG138. Found 137 and 139 both seemed to be store rooms not hotel rooms. Told the receptionist and he failed to apologise about either issue but did give us 2 different rooms which were acceptable.
