Disliked: building works,all looks a mess didnt know it was going on havecstayed here before. Upstairs not very relaxing to sit in the evening for a drink . Need comfy chairs and some music. Parked in carpark and took cases all the way to reception but accommodation far away.

Liked: An odd place to stay but comfortable clean with great leisure facilities. Good value with friendly staff

Disliked: Two single beds pushed together and was so uncomfortable also a zip together duvet with a zip at the top to could feel I woke twice it digging in. Was a very cold rainy day/night room was freezing, massive gap all the way around door that made hearing everyone in the corridor so much worse! The shower seal was disgusting and so covered in limescale (I run a cleaning company and this is constant build up and not cleaned).I wouldn't book again may be a larger room than a travelogue but at least we get a actual double bed

Liked: Nothing. We booked this place only for the pool. Which closes early at the weekend...
Disliked: The staff were rude. Manager ignored us while we were waiting. She also lied about the pool being closed. You can tell the staff don't want to be there. The pool closes 20 minutes before the actual closing time stated on the sign. We only booked this horrible place as it has a pool, but they close it at 6pm on weekends (they try to kick you out at 5.30 so they can go home) Considering its a place for conferences and training, and we were out the whole day, so we were unable to use the pool. Breakfast doesn't start until after 7am and nothing available if you have to leave before that time.Rooms were very small.The place is like a maze, reception were unwilling to show us our room and gave the wrong directions. No refrigerator in the rooms. Beds weren't changed each day, just flipping upside down. Avoid like the plague...
