The room was very nice; the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it; the pillow's were firm yet soft, it consumed me. If I was to travel there again, I will definitely stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check in and out was easy; the bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. It was super close to Kent Stage and the town was great; everything was in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I ever find myself in Kent again, I would stay here!

The staff would not take...

Liked: The location and the bed was great.
Disliked: The air conditioning was SO loud and I called to tell them and they couldn't offer me anything! The coffee pot in the room also didn't work! Parking is in a parking garage you have to pay for!

Pretty on the outside hotel...

Liked: The shower worked well with good pressure and drainage. The room, the halls and the lobby were attractive.
Disliked: I always resent when a hotel tacks on charges for breakfast and parking. When we got in our room, there was a pair of dirty socks in fairly conspicuous place on the floor which made me realize they don’t even vacuum the floors customarily after a guest checks out. Staff were untrained in relatively basic customer service. Most interactions were awkward and many acted like interacting with the customer was the last thing they wanted to be doing.
