The room was very nice; the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it; the pillow's were firm yet soft, it consumed me. If I was to travel there again, I will definitely stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check in and out was easy; the bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. It was super close to Kent Stage and the town was great; everything was in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I ever find myself in Kent again, I would stay here!

Liked: The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I love the location of this hotel as it is close to shops, restaurants and Kent State University. The staff is super friendly as well.
Disliked: I wish they still offered a grab and go breakfast for free. I feel it is a bit pricy especially since no breakfast is included

Liked: The location is great! Lots of different restaurants and places to visit while there. Also, the balcony is a bonus!!! Great view. Quiet and clean. Staff was Amazing going above and beyond to help us when we needed it!

Liked: purpose was to attend concert at kent stage.also took time to drive around campus and check out 'shooting display room and photos"very emotional.We remember the event and have been haunted by neil young(Canadian) song OHIO.allin all a educational and moving visit to your town--------will return if age and health allow.restaurent
Disliked: restaurent hours were too restrictive to fit our trips needs timewise.------thats life.
