Liked: Clean; friendly staff; great lounge.

The room was very nice; the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it; the pillow's were firm yet soft, it consumed me. If I was to travel there again, I will definitely stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check in and out was easy; the bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. It was super close to Kent Stage and the town was great; everything was in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I ever find myself in Kent again, I would stay here!

Exactly what you need for...

Liked: We had a very good room, a nice comfy bed, and a very easy time with check in, check out, and all of our booking! The room was exactly what we needed for one night in Kent!
Disliked: The room could have been a touch cleaner, and it would be super cool if there was a simple included breakfast, rather than the only option for breakfast at the hotel being additional money.

Liked: Everyone was friendly and it was very clean.
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold and the whole reason I even booked the hotel as it was my autistic daughter's bday. We cant swim at normal places sadly. So her birthday plans were ruined. She just wanted to swim.

Nice stay in a great...

Liked: Modern clean accommodations. Room are very large, clean and comfortable. Staff was great.
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor. Walls/cielings are paper thin and you could hear the people above simply walking around. A bit strange for such a modern structure.
