Liked: Actually, on arrival at the Kent Hotel, I was transferred to the Colony Hotel because of an air-conditioning problem in the room I was to have had. I was transferred by taxi at no charge to me, and was accommodated in the best suite (bedroom plus large livingroom) that overlooked the beach and ocean. I was treated royally being given a huge upgrade at no extra charge. I give kudos to the staff at both the Kent and Colony hotels, for the treatment I received.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. I was extremely comfortable and happy with my stay at the Colony Hotel which is perfectly situated.
