hotel is not bad for...

Liked: Overall, the hotel is not bad for a 3-star. Friendly staff. The best thing is the location, a quiet area with bars, shops, and close to a good metro line. Comfortable beds. Room cleaning and towels are changed every day.
Disliked: On the day of arrival, the floor smelled of fried onions. In general, although we lived on the 5th floor, the smell from the dining room reached the rooms. Only two light bulbs worked in the room. Breakfast did not change at all, we lived for almost 2 weeks, and every day was the same. I think something can be changed, at least once every three days.

Liked: The staff were lovely. The room was large with everything you needed. It was very quiet. The breakfast was good and location great. There was parking.
Disliked: We couldn't book the car park, the shower wasn't tall enough.

My stay was satisfactory, but...

Liked: Reception is clean.
Disliked: The lift was too small and the television in my room wasn't working. No one checked to ensure all the facilities in the room were functioning properly. Additionally, the fridge was not cold enough, requiring me to keep my drinks in it for hours before they became chilled.

Liked: Nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. Good location.Nice and cool in reception area with AC
Disliked: Carpark is very small and it's reverse parking only which is near impossible. Also quite expensive, it cost £61.50 for 2 nights.The lift was narrow and rickety. The bathroom really needs updating, and there was no air con in the room. The shower wouldn't change from bath to shower without a lot of force. The bath was bitty. The breakfast was appalling, continental breakfast but no bacon, hotdog sausages out of a jar and everything was cold.
