Liked: Everything was amazing, rooms clean, breakfast amazing, personal very kind, new towels everyday and little shower gels and shampoos available. Lovely room and the location was AMAZING, the tube about 5 minutes away, and the street was so lively and nice.

Liked: Most stores, including supermarkets and restaurants, are within a 5-minute walk. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Shahed and the girl from asia in the morning.
Disliked: Left was very small. Also, the price I paid for 2 nights, £291, was expensive. I think the maximum price per night should not be more than £80.the breakfast was limited "The staff was friendly." "The room was quite hot and the portable AC was not sufficient."

Liked: I wish I'd asked the name of the woman who checked us in. She was so pleasant and tried very hard to be helpful. The rest of the staff we'd encountered barely responded if we greeted them, but she was exceptionally nice. We had 2 double beds, which were comfortable. Basic continental breakfast was included, which was great as we didn't want to waste much time eating before getting out and about. Our room was a decent size. The location is fantastic and is what you are mostly paying for. Close to Underground stations and very walkable to food, bars, sights.
Disliked: We were put in a basement room on the same level as the breakfast dining area. Our room smelled a bit dank, as though there had been a leak at some point so we kept the windows opened whenever we were in to try to freshen the air. The room had new carpeting but the sub-floor was uneven, as if there were holes or dips underneath. Not a big deal for us but I could imagine someone else stumbling upon them. Then bright and early each day, the smell of the breakfast and the noise of other patrons coming down to eat woke us up before we would have liked to have been awake. The shower took a very long time to heat up, perhaps close to 15 minutes? And then once it got hot, it kept getting hotter. I turned it all the way to cold but it wasn't cooling very quickly and I had to jump out or be scalded.

Liked: The Tube is 2 blocks away. There are many restaurants stores and supermarkets nearby.The breakfast was very good so was the breakfast staff.The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have had in a hotel. Great value for the price.
Disliked: The building is a little old. The reception staff is professional but not particularly friendly.
