Met our expectations and staff...

Poor

Disliked: No car parking on site , spaces were limited and to park a rental car on the street , where no parks were for up to 400 metres away , was asking for your car to be damaged . Hot water went down and had cold shower in morning . I felt as a single traveller I did not feel safe and secure in the location . I travel a lot for work so aware of basic needs and wants , the staff were very good, but what was there was out of their control.

Liked: room was good. no complaints.
Disliked: a $200 security deposit was taken. i wasn't alerted i had to return to front desk at check out to have it refunded. i had to wait a month, call the hotel twice, spend way too long on the phone to get my money back. was promised a resolution after the first call, heard nothing for 2 weeks.
