Liked: Nicely decorated. Helpful with early and late check in and out, baggage storage. Secure access to each floor with room key. Room had an external door to outside for fresh air. Location was surprisingly quiet and a 10min walk to Brunswick Street for bars and eateries . Approx 20min walk to river and downtown. Comfortable bed. Cafe down stairs and good prices for breakfast etc. We enjoyed the cheesecake from the cafe

Disliked: Gigantically overpriced. NOT Clean. Poorly maintained. Bed uncomfortable, not acceptable for a hotel that it is marketing its queen room from $270-350Even at $200 discount a night gigantically not up to scratch

This is a very cute,...

Liked: This is a very cute little hotel, very comfortable and clean. I would book it again.
Disliked: no soap by the bathroom sink - the only soap was in pumps in the shower. A bit awkward
