Disappointing

Disliked: Had to wait for our room. Traveled from masterton. Just wanted to get dressed for special occasions. Get told they are running late. Couldn't give us a room. But, let us get dressed and iron our clothes that were a plus. 6.39 pm we paid our money but got told we still have to be out at 10 am. Love everything else except waiting for our room. My husband finds it hard walking at times and likes to rest his legs. We paid for 2 adults and 1 child. He didn't realize he would stay with his father. Instead, with us. Everything was good except. Small cups and no room when we got there.
