Liked: - Location;- Interior of the hotel and the room;- Breakfast;- Room service.
Disliked: - Check-in experienceIt was too long. The staff did not take into account our prior requests. The first room did not match the pictures (the windows were small and could not be reached, the room was dark). So, we had to change it. The lady in red was unprofessional (we will send a separate message to the hotel management regarding this). The overall process took us 1 hour, which is not acceptable. No information about the hotel was provided (e.g., breakfast time, location etc).- CleaningThe room was not cleaned till 3:30 pm until we specifically asked for that. - SPANot all the saunas worked during our stay.
