Liked: Clean, SPA, breakfast
Disliked: My credit card was charged twice, 2 weeks after the notification I am still waiting for the transfer back... Unbelievable

Would come back, really dog...

Liked: The hotel is gorgeous with an amazing spa which had everything. Room was great size and staff made sure our dog was comfortable with extra amenities for him. Restaurant serves great food and there is an newly equipped gym which was a pleasure to use.
Disliked: Air con did not function properly which made it hard to sleep as it was too hot

Far from being perfect

Liked: I know this hotel since 2006.This time they gave me the oldest bedroom of the Hotel.This hotel hasn’t the same charming like when it was a Kempinsky Hotel.
Disliked: Bedroom No. 248 - oldest ever
