Very poor

Liked: The place is nice. It looks ok from the outside.
Disliked: The room was filthy. There was mud on the floor, and one of the towels was dirty. It was awful.

Avoid this Motel.

Liked: The linen, specifically the quilt was badly stained and not washed properly. Shower curtains were nasty.The Front desk guy, perhaps the mansger/owner, barely spoke english and came across as rude Just 6 cars in the parking lot on a Sat night, looked like low occupancy.I know the hotel business is not easy, their location is not bad, but you cannot compromise on cleanliness.
