Located a 2-minute walk from the beach and set on 5.5 acres of gardens Kellys Beach Resort is a 3.5 star eco-certified resort located in Bargara on the Southern Great Barrier Reef in Queensland. It features an outdoor pool a tennis court and a licensed restaurant. The resort is located next to a nature reserve offering guests the opportunity to see native wildlife. The self contained eco-villas are spacious with a full kitchen spacious living separate bathroom and toilet split system air- conditioning flat screen TV DVD/CD player ironing facilities and hair dryer. Budget friendly . Great location

Liked: Location
Disliked: Cooking utensils, cutlery pots . VERY light on esp with no oven. An air-fryer or pans that fit element would be great.

Liked: The grounds and pool, location, walk to beach
Disliked: Lack of bedding, sheets and blankets, when we arrived late. Not enough sheets and blankets. Small cabins that need updating.

Liked: The fully self contained villa was great for a large family , the heated pool was fun and the laundry was handy

Kellys Beach

Liked: Great location - close to beach, lush green surroundings, nice pool
Disliked: Loft with ladder was a bit odd but the kids liked it. Could hear noise from neighbouring rooms - no insulation or sound proofing. Extractor fan in roof made an annoying noise. Overall a bit old/tired looking.

Adequate.

Liked: Resort was very well maintained. Restaurant food was excellent.
Disliked: Bathroom facilities were totally inadequate and certainly not private. Totally unsuitable for a five bed cabin.
