Disliked: Unsatisfied with cleanliness of room and felt staff member lacked knowledge and was unhelpful with situation. I was told the room “looked fine to them”. Pet hair on floors and bedding, stains on chairs, and rips in the carpet. Did not stay and still waiting on a refund over a week later.

Liked: The rooms were spacious,clean. And the staff was pleasant. The lobby was rustic and gorgeous. The breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: The accessibility from the interstate.
Disliked: Waited at the front desk for about 20 minutes waiting to get checked in. Call the hotel sever times but no one answered. I rang the bell and no one came. A young lady came from around the corner and said oh I was helping another customer. Which I understand but they should have at least one maintenance or house keeper on so the desk lady doesn’t gavel to leave her post.

Nice property but the A/C...

Liked: The hot breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit did not work well at all. We had it set at 60* and it never cooled our entire stay. Very disappointing because we had an older pet and the temperature was 90*+ outside!
