Superb

Liked: It is a nice hotel inside the university campus and you have some rooms from where you can have a glimpse of the capital.The surrounding is very calm and the union market is just around the corner
Disliked: You needed to walk atleast around 40 minutes to reach the Washington center and there were some questionable areas in between so we opted for Über.

Great place to stay when...

Liked: This place is on the grounds of a university. Beautiful campus. Felt so safe with a person at the gate and campus police. Close to the Capitol building. Staff were so nice and accommodating! Would definitely recommend!
Disliked: Nothing.

Great Stay in DC

Liked: Great location. The hotel is within walking distaince to Union Market, where we enjoyed so many different types of delicious food and drinks.
Disliked: Parking is a little inconvenient. Extra charge for parking in the in-door parking lot on campus (of the university)

I can tell you, if...

Liked: Polite and helpful staff, cleanliness in the rooms and hotel. There are recreation areas not only in the hotel, but also on the university area. Convenient bus schedule that takes you to Union Station, the main artery of the city, free of charge. It is safe to walk around the university grounds where the hotel is located, as there is a police car shuttling around

Nice hotel, nice area. Would...

Liked: Room was nice, the hotel itself was really nice. Having an actual vending machine was a nice plus, as well as a good selection in the small store by the front desk.
Disliked: The location itself was fine, but we relied a lot on Uber's / Lyft's and trying to direct them to the hotel was a pain. Had 4 Uber's cancel on me because the gates to the university were closed.
