Pleasant and relaxing!

Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodated my room preferences, as well as let me check in early.
Disliked: I wasn’t told at check in about the hotel features such as bikes, pool, etc .

Calm and Relaxing

Liked: The property looked very nice. We liked the lobby. Guests can chill as there are sofas and tables/chairs everywhere. The rooftop area were also nice. We loved how quiet and calm the area is and the staff is so helpful.
Disliked: The room could use more shelves/cabinets.

Liked: Very helpful staff when we had a problem, they all were proactive and efficient
Disliked: Light was a bit too low

Liked: Good location. Very clean. Nice public spaces. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Small room. No bottled water offered. Skimped on towels. No food service in restaurant that we saw. TV kept cutting out for first couple nights. Furniture could use a refresh-it was pretty beat up.
