No TV, Unusable Sink, No...

Liked: Conveniently located for London City, with train station a ten minute walk away down 1 straight road. Very Comfy bed. Towels provided. Lovely breakfast items, milk, and other drinks provided. Kitchenette was great. A standing fan was provided which was very much appreciated.
Disliked: I promised a hairdryer when I messaged but this didn't happen. We stayed in room 4 which was at the front of the property upstairs and was supposed to be a 'superior room' with garden view. The room seriously needs a good clean! There is no garden (driveway at back of property, and tiny concrete area at front). I'm not sure why it was classed as a superior room. The bathroom sink was ridiculous as you could barely wash your hands in it, and there was no plug. I couldn't lean over it to wash my face without banging my head on the shelf that basically covers it. You WILL drench the floor when washing your face, so keep one of the towels on the floor at all times. We couldn't use the shower without having the hairdryer, and I was happy to avoid it as it was so dirty. The pillows are stained, shapeless (coming apart in sections) and thin. The TV was as others have said, temperamental! It would NOT connect to the internet so Netflix and the like was impossible. Unfortunately this really did matter to us as 1 day was supposed to be a rest day in the room as I have a multitude of health issues and have to have rest days. So not being able to watch much on the TV was frustrating.

Liked: The bed was too small. Couldn't find the back of the driveway Alleyway Street was damaged the path.

A Great place to stay...

Liked: The place was easy to get to, easy to find and easy to get in with clear instructions.The room was quite spacious. The wardrobe was big, although we didn't actually use it. The kitchenette was very handy and cute. Loved that we had a variety of breakfast items left for us, including bread, juice, water, (in the fridge) cereals and pain au chocolats.We were very grateful for the amazing fan. It worked so well for how hot the days were, it wasn't just a cheap, bad fan.The room was great value for everything we got. We'd definitely stay again if we were in that area.And just to add, we saw one staff member (the owner maybe?) and she was very lovely and polite and offered to top up the stuff in our fridge for us.
Disliked: The room could be a bit cleaner. The floor didn't look properly hoovered. Also the curtains were a bit broken at the top and the TV was temperamental. It would turn off randomly while we were watching it and froze at one point. But those last two weren't a bother to us, just a couple things we noticed.

Good value, clean and comfy...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Enfield is Enfield, but Kathleen Hose is well positioned and easy to find. Also the Wi-Fi was excellent. I travel a lot and hotel wi-fi - even when I paid for superior wi-fi - it wasnt.Also there were a couple of small problems earlier on, but both times polite and professional staff rapidly sorted them out, and that's what counts.
Disliked: Nets for additional privacy would have been good, and while the bed was very comfy, the pillows were less so.
