Amazing hotel in the city...

Liked: We love the Karstens Luisenhof and stay there all the time. It is a great hotel in the center of the city, with great access to all sorts of restaurants and shops. We love the "apartments" down below with an extra room, Suite style, and a full kitchen!
Disliked: Nothing, all is great.

Elegant Retreat

Liked: The hotel has a wonderful old world elegance about it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean with good quality linens and towels. There is a charming little bar offering a range of cocktails and food . We went there everyday just to sit and have coffee or dessert or a glass of something. The location of the hotel is brilliant within a couple of minutes walk from the central train station close to the main shopping area. I was there for a work conference and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Didn't have breakfasts.
