Fabulous accommodation in the quiet...

Liked: Love the quaintness of the hotel.The staff made me feel right at home.The evening meal I had was exceptional.It was a peaceful evening and I had a great night’s sleep.Will most definitely return.

Kasteel for a retreat or...

Liked: We used this as a stopover night when driving from France back to the Netherlands. There was a warm reception by the staff and the key was prepared for us. We had a good view of the garden. The Kasteel had a nice setting with well appointed rooms with comfortable beds - you could walk in the grounds and after a long drive that was important. The breakfast was good quality and included in the price. It had a restaurant with a good food with a friendly, knowledgeable waiter set in a lovely wood panelled dining room and in the summer there would be outdoor dining. Car parking was plentiful and easy access.
Disliked: Not much, we used the stairs and werent offered a lift but we had very little luggage - it would be worth checking with the owners if there is help if you need it. I would expect that to be the case. The restaurant was very good just a bit more expensive than we had got used to paying in France and portion sizes increased!! There will be other options but you will have to drive or cycle.

Liked: It’s a very nice small hotel located in a rural area. Very tranquil. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The food at the restaurant is excellent. Big on-site parking lot. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you!
