Exceptional

Liked: The location was excellent. Having a laundry was terrific. the apartment was very clean.
Disliked: the bed could use a topper for increased comfort. The breakfast bar and dining chair are not very comfortable. The shower should have at least one grab bar. And bathroom linen could have been more generous. Having only 3 face cloths for 2 people staying 4 nights was a little lame.

Best place to stay! Quick...

Liked: The location was perfect! Loved the Starbucks machine in our floor and in the lobby for guests. Walking distance to down town and the park in front of the building was very relaxing. The amenities were perfect.
Disliked: There were many dogs in the building

Fantastic option for a Denver...

Liked: Great location close to Union station. Large room with a separate bedroom and kitchen/dinner area. Plenty of space to spread out in as a result. Also the washer/dryer was greatly appreciated as by the end of our short visit we had been travelling for nearly a week. Access was very easy (despite some reviews to the contrary that i read online). Definitely need to do the pre-check in online in advance to avoid any last minute issues on arrival (especially if you won't have phone data). Customer service via the virtual desk was also very prompt and easy to converse with. In our case they helped fix an issue in the room within 24hr. Free Starbucks coffee stations in reception and on our room floor and also a water machine in reception as well.
Disliked: Nothing i didn't like. Just be aware if you don't like dogs as there seemed to be a lot of residents/tenants/guests who had dogs staying with them and they were often encountered in the elevators and reception area.

Awesome experience and very relaxing...

Liked: Kasa is centrally located and it only took us about 15-20 minutes to get to most places which was a easy walk.
Disliked: Only given 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper for our 6 day trip.

Beautiful apartment in superb location

Liked: Really really nice apartment in a great location. Totally loved it.Only thing was that when we arrived in the evening the bathroom was locked (couldn’t get in). We got in touch with the helpdesk and it was resolved in about 1,5 hrs. It was inconvenient but the lady on the helpdesk was really nice and tried her best.Also about the parking situation - we parked on the street overnight for free. We consulted some locals who said they do the same :)
