Liked: Location, and loved that the check in information was extremely clear, other apartments ive been too have really lacked with clear communication regarding check in but it was a highlight in this case. Also power went out at 12.30am and 24 hoyr assist was quick to respond. Also the rooftop facilities were amazing
Disliked: Didnt love that the pillow slips didnt fit the pillows correctly. Didnt feel like i could have my blinds open during the day as directly opposit was the next doors lunch room and meeting room, the windows werent tinted so fealt like for privacy i had to keep tge blinds closed, which was a shame

AMAZING place, very central, not...

Liked: First of all you have to know this is not a regular hotel, it's a super nice apartment building complex where the 7th floor has rooms for guests. The location is AMAZING and very central. The rooms are great and I just LOVED it. You have the privacy of a room. You can cook, wash, dry. Just know there is a support via phone or whatsapp. The views from the room are amazing. High recommend this. But make sure you do the check in upfront to receive a code to get into your apartment.
Disliked: Gym is not really a gym, more some weights.

Liked: Nicely furnished and decorated apartment with amazing view. For us it was a perfect stay in very goos location. We also loved the little coffee shop in the lobby and proximity to bikes.

Great location for tourists

Liked: The room and building was very modern. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed. The rooftop pool area was brilliant as it wasn’t too busy. The gym in the hotel was great and amazing views over the city. Location of the hotel was brilliant, we walked right in to the city and to navy pier no problem. Very close to 3 supermarkets to get your shopping for the apartment. The coffee shop underneath was nice but there was a better one just right over the road.
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable. The staff on reception weren’t the most helpful or pleasant. You don’t get a hoover so I felt like the place for a bit messy because we were there for a longer stay. The virtual check in was confusing and took us quite a while to get in to the apartment as you get a pass to get through some doors then need a key for the room, would be better if it was one or the other.

Great location, comfortable and clean

Liked: The facilities in the apartment were great. From the kitchen appliances to the washing machine and dyer. Great location. It was clean and felt brand new.
Disliked: I didn’t like the virtual check in process. It was confusing with the process and steps taken to get into the apartment. I noticed others having similar difficulties when they tried to check in.

Liked: Loved the location and the view! Also loved the coffee shop downstairs.
Disliked: Nothing!
