Liked: Great location, lots of food and entertainment options

A great location with easy...

Liked: This was our second time staying at Kasa La Monarca. The location is great and super convenient, and we’ve always appreciated the easy in-and-out access. It’s in a walkable area and makes getting around simple, which is a big plus.
Disliked: Unfortunately, this stay came with several disappointments. There were ants and small bugs in the room, which made things uncomfortable. The noise from above us—often sounding like construction or someone cleaning—was constant during the day and night, and on some nights, it was genuinely unbearable.The lighting in the bathroom and overall space was far too dim to get ready comfortably. My girlfriend and I ended up using the living room mirror instead. It would also help to have more shelving in the bathroom for toiletries, as there was very little space to keep things organized.We were hoping for a better experience this time around, but due to these issues, we’ll likely choose a different space next time. We hope the team considers some small upgrades, especially improving the bathroom ambience and sound insulation. For the cost, I expected more.

Liked: Super convenient! Loved having kitchen facilities to prepare our own food
Disliked: When coffee is included you need to provide coffee! That was a coffee machine and a couple of decaf pot available when we arrived, after that not a coffee to be seen

Liked: LOVED IT, staff is ver friendly, room was ver nice and clean. Since it's a busy street it can get loud at night but they leave you earplugs along with water and cookies in the table. Close to every importan thing in SF. Would definitely come back.

Disappointing

Liked: Walkable distance to the city center.
Disliked: The rooms were not as brightly lit as shown in the images. The window was just facing into a closed space which meant no proper sunlight. Carpet was dirty. The heating was not regulated properly which meant sometimes it was quite warm inside. One could not open the window as you would get burning oil smell from the next door restaurant.
