Disliked: v small room with little floor space

Amazing would stay here again...

Liked: We loved everything. First of all the location is unbeatable - right in the middle of the action and despite that we heard almost nothing given how close we were. They have really thought of everything you may need. Nice big bathroom comfy bed everything was perfect.
Disliked: The only suggestion I could make would be some more hooks in the bathroom but that is a very minor issue.

Liked: Interacted only with one person, who helped me check in. Booking had not passed the information for the hotel so it took them more than two hours to check me in. The location was excellent and relatively clean
Disliked: the rooms had no windows

Liked: Nice location just a five minute walk from the beach.
Disliked: Quality was lower then expected with noisy machines just outside the bedroom and poor finishing of the room itself.Pictures on Booking do not properly reflect the actual state of the hotel.

Very bad accommodation!

Liked: The location is very good, and the street noise mentioned in advance was not disturbing. The room was spacious and well-equipped.
Disliked: This accommodation is not a 3-star hotel, but an apartment that is not cleaned during your stay. There is no reception, and the cleaning lady, who only cleans the common areas, does not speak English.When the extractor fan or air-conditioning system of the restaurant below the room was switched on, the floor and walls of the room shook and vibrated loudly and unbearably. The noise and vibration lasted almost the entire day. For two nights I could not sleep, and during the hot days I did not return to the room because the noise and shaking were unbearable!At first, I politely asked for help via email, and they made promises, but nothing changed. When I wrote in a firmer tone, the noise was no longer constant throughout the day.After this, I cannot say that this accommodation is good value for money — it is not worth paying for, it’s a waste of money!I do not recommend it to anyone!!!It was a nightmare!

Exceptional

Ideal place for a memorable...

Liked: The location was fantastic, loved Espanola way with all the restaurants and diverse culture. Also, some lovely restaurants and cafes all around; Espanolita, plus another restaurant almost opposite on Washington Street- La Mulata, incredible food everywhere! We loved Miami and these rooms were very well kept, and the decor was colourful and very fitting with the lifestyle. Easy to get to the beach, and get a first tattoo, as some of our party did! - big shout out to Oxygen Ink who were not only lovely, friendly and interesting people but insanely talented. We were only in Miami one night but it gave us long lasting memories forever. Thanks Kasa for providing a fab base.
Disliked: Need instructions for air con in the room - too complicated

Perfect for a stopover

Liked: Clean and comfortable- perfect for a night’s stop over. I read other reviews about the noise but we found it fine.
Disliked: Great that it’s self check in but we did struggle with the front door - we had to call as the code wasn’t working. The door code system was temperamental.
