Okay for short term stay,...

Liked: Cute decor and aesthetic
Disliked: Walls are thin, could hear neighbors and whomever is going in or out of their unit, locks on door have a loud sound system . Also, all of my outlets weren’t working. They were powerless, couldn’t plug my phone up or watch tv…had to send a message to get it fixed and then it went out again.

Liked: The area was great. Super quiet neighborhood. Very close to lots of things to do in South End/Dilworth. The parking was free and easy to use. The place was so clean and cute. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: The sheets had blood on them. I would like a refund

Liked: Loved the vibe, clean rooms, locked facilities, virtual check in. Even the customer service was amazing. Very responsive via text and always checking in on you. All great!
Disliked: I didn't like that you couldn't adjust the individual room temperature. I was very warm at night.
