Excellent, central hotel!

Liked: Location was excellent, right in the centre of the town. The suite was big and airy, very clean, I especially appreciated the complimentary water and sweets.

We loved this hotel, it...

Liked: Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was very professional and friendly. The design is very nice. The room very spacious. We asked for tea when the bar was closed and they had someone bring us a whole kettle, cups and tea bags to use for our stay in our room. The soaps in the bathroom smell nice. The restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast was also wonderful. They knew we we had our dog with us and they set up bowls, treats and a mat for her in our room when we arrived. The location is also fantastic right by the central Platz and the river. The parking is just across the street. We also loved the vouchers for ice cream.
Disliked: 35€ extra per night for the dog seemed high. Our room was not on the river side, the doors opened to towards the street and it was a bit loud. Next time I would ask for a room on the river side.
