It was good

Disliked: The neighbour's were pretty loud we never got to bed till 3am and had to drive 8hours home.

Disappointing

Liked: Pet friendly - very difficult to find a pet-friendly hotel
Disliked: Poor standards of cleanliness - dead bugs, stains, & mould.

Liked: We liked the location, the space in the room n the mineral pool.
Disliked: The microwave went but didn't heat food. A face cloth was in the kitchen area as if it was replaced of a tea towel. There was no hand towels no flannels. No shower door so water went all over the floor. Also didn't understand there being a pot in the kitchen stuff when there's no element to cook on.....

Average & dated but clean...

Liked: I hadn’t been in a proper bed for over a week before my stay, the bed was clean & very comfortable
Disliked: 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 guests & no milk with the complimentary coffee & sugar, heater didn’t work & wi-fi was terrible

Disliked: There was no light in the spa room. The heater was not working.Very uncomfortable bed.Couldn't open the fridge at it stacked by the cupboard door.Internet connection is very slow.

Disliked: Heater & fridge didn’t work. No floor towel or flannels.
