Liked: Super clean, and the staff was AMAZING! They were helpful, friendly, and suggested great places to eat. Shuttle service was excellent and speedy, too! We'll definitely stay there again.

Exceeded expectations!
Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location on Plaza with a variety of restaurants and museum. Additionally, paved walking/running trail with e excise stations!

Liked: Didn't have breakfast
Disliked: Location was kind of an issue..lots of strang people walking around. Wish we could have been informed of the parking fee beforehand and I dont understand why there is still a 10 dollar pending charge on my card...other than that it was a good stay

I was impressed and want...
Liked: The breakfast was 10 out of 10! The hotel was pretty much very clean.
Disliked: The walk from the garage to the room.

Nice but needs some attention....
Liked: Great view from the room.
Disliked: Some of the fixtures needed some attention and the glass shower was nice but water managed to escape and cover part of the floor.

Liked: I like that I didn’t stay there.
Disliked: One of your employees at the front desk was unhelpful, unpleasant, and ignorant. He did not know if I could check in at 3 AM and said he couldn’t guarantee anything. Absurd Considering I was going to be paying and just wanted a guarantee I could pick up a key. Had to ask for a supervisor. When I called back to ask about parking that employee recognized me and was very curt then hung up prematurely.

Not our best stay.
Liked: The location is perfect. That’s why we pick to stay there every time we go to Kansas City.
Disliked: When checking in, the guy at the front desk was not friendly at all and couldn’t understand what he was saying. The tv didn’t work half the time and the sink backed up in the middle of the night so we weren’t able to use the sink and it smelled really bad.

Liked: Cordial Staff.
Disliked: Do not have a pool. Only one elevator was not working, what means that there was a line of 5-10 minutes. Parking is expensive and crowded.
