Disliked: Overpriced.

Liked: Super clean, and the staff was AMAZING! They were helpful, friendly, and suggested great places to eat. Shuttle service was excellent and speedy, too! We'll definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Do not have a pool. Only one elevator was not working, what means that there was a line of 5-10 minutes. Parking is expensive and crowded.

Disliked: My husband and I stayed 2 nights which costs us just about $700 plus $35 a night parking which was not stated when we booked and breakfast that is $19 per person. The rooms are nice but our AC didn’t work and the water in our room wouldn’t get hot. Then to top it off only one elevator worked our entire stay. So, every time we needed to leave the floor we had to wait 30-45 minutes to find space in the one working elevator that stopped on every floor. Once we did get in the elevator it was so packed that it was almost dangerous. Then the ONLY working elevator’s doors were messed up and took 5 tries to close. We mentioned the AC at checkout and just got a “I’m sorry about that” response. Disappointing for the price and the cost of all of the amenities. The only good thing about our stay was a bartender that worked Saturday June 21st. She was fantastic and hilarious. Don’t recommend this hotel if you’re wanting what you’re paying for. Will not be staying again and I absolutely will not tell my friends or family to stay here. Oh and don’t drive a truck you won’t fit in their parking garage.
