Disliked: Overpriced.

Liked: Super clean, and the staff was AMAZING! They were helpful, friendly, and suggested great places to eat. Shuttle service was excellent and speedy, too! We'll definitely stay there again.

Disliked: I love that there is a complimentary shuttle to the Plaza. The front desk staff, shuttle drivers, valet, and bartender were all very nice! This will be my hotel of choice when I visit Kansas City, beautiful hotel!

Disappointing

Liked: It was not what I asked for and got moved around/run around from what I booked online.

Liked: First room bad a dirty toilet so they moved us rooms and we heard the elevator all night and this am work up w a bed bug on one of us. Also no breakfast for the price we paid is crazy and to pay $30 for parking horrible rip off. Not happy at all

Disliked: One staff member very rude at front desk but his coworker soon took over and helped me when she saw him being less than helpful. Manager very nice and goes out of way to help find what you need.

Liked: Nice enough facilities but the shower didn’t work well
Disliked: Not pet friendly, required a $100 fee. No where to take pets to potty besides leaving the hotel and walking all the way down the street. Unapproachable staff members who seemed peeved the dogs were there and thus that we were as well. Not affordable whatsoever Parking garage had no air flow so was very hot
