Liked: Super clean, and the staff was AMAZING! They were helpful, friendly, and suggested great places to eat. Shuttle service was excellent and speedy, too! We'll definitely stay there again.

Liked: I was disappointed with the amenities. I was not satisfied with service. Took over a day to get items I asked for. They kept saying they would send them up but never came. Will not go back considering there are so many other hotels with more to offer

Liked: Hotel staff were very friendly and we're more than willing to give suggestions on places to go and dine.
Disliked: Ordered a bottle of wine from the bar menu and it showed 3 different price ranges and so I figured the last price which was $26 was for the whole bottle. This bottle retails at around $20. I get the bill and it's $71! The last price point was for 12 oz.

Liked: Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants on the plaza. New remodeled rooms were beautiful with amazing showers. Staff was incredibly friendly. Will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Liked: Hotel employee at the Registration Desk. He provided exceptional service.
Disliked: Nothing, but I learned that when we put the "Privacy" sign on the door and stay in the room until 11:30 AM, that I should call housekeeping and tell them they can come and make the bed and replace the towels.
