Overpriced and not worth the...

Liked: Not much. Room was clean and presentable but not worth the $760 NZ price tag.
Disliked: Incredibly high price tag for realistically a basic, clean and quite small room. Wonderful view but ruined by noisy construction works which woke you early in the morning and the discomfort of the restaurant guests looking directly into our room. The foyer couch was visibly stained - which for a luxury hotel was an instant put off.

Liked: Fantastic location and views. Staff were fantastic. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was also a good size and lots of space to put our things.

Not worth the price, please...

Liked: Nil
Disliked: Huge Construction works right outside which they have not been transparent about. Main selling point are the views from the room and private onsen but are all full obstructed by the major construction.

A very comfortable place, beautiful...

Liked: The property was very nice and we enjoyed staying there.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was construction going on in front of our room which could get a bit noisy at 8am.

Amazing

Liked: Housekeeping paid special attention to our kids toys and neatened them up. Made the rooms beautiful daily. Eden was so lovely
