Disliked: Cleanliness Dead cockroach on floor , toilet roll holder was broken and roll placed on top of cistern, shower had used shower gel and shampoo containers still in it . Cobwebs in ceiling corners Upon arrival, was greeted with a locked reception door , knocked and a person from the front counter opened it, asked my name , give me a receipt and room key , said “ your in room 10, then closed the door. No welcome or direction to room at all.
