Overall great location and easy...

Liked: Very clean and so close to the beach. Great location
Disliked: That it said you have to wash the dishes (in the bathroom sink) I would hope they are getting washed elsewhere and they aren’t just relying on customers to wash. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable

Liked: Very clean Lady on Reception was so helpful and loaned us umbrellas on a very wet evening
Disliked: A bit dreary but what holiday site isn’t on a wet winter night

Very good

Liked: Great locations. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Hot tub wasn't very warm.I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open. I get that it's winter and quiet but it would have nice to be informed on booking. I especially booked to treat my friend the seafood platter for her 70th!! I would have looked else where had I know!!

Great value and comfort

Liked: Great little place with tons of room for 5 people and cooking facilities. Beach view. Easy walk to Cowes. Lovely common area in the resort with BBQ, pool and spa.
Disliked: Needed a better power point near the bed or at least a usb port for phone.
