Liked: Great location, family friendly
Disliked: We were in a motel room downstairs and there was noise from upstairs guests.

Great Phillip Island beach location

Liked: Comfortable cabin located right next to the beach, also close to the main center, staff were very friendly and accommodating, there is a good restaurant on site.
Disliked: Unit had limited, crockery, cutlery and glasses, was speedily rectified by management

Liked: Lovely property, beautiful pool and spa, close to shops.
Disliked: Very impersonal very much ship in ship out situation with automated communication. Some might prefer that though. Expensive for one night we booked a cabin and room and absolutely no flexibility with the 10.00am check out but understandable if busy.

Central location and great facilities

Liked: Fabulous location walking distance from beach and town. Large room, easily enough space for 2 adults, 2 kids, comfy beds. Online checkin/checkout process was great to save time not having to check in at reception, keyless entry really helpful with multiple people staying in the room. Loved the pool, hot spa, and playground,
Disliked: Suggest you remove the photos of the old bouncing pillow from the website if this is no longer available
