Exterior and carpeting is in need of updating but the room was clean and price was right.

Disliked: The attention of the staff was terrible, he said that the hotel offered breakfast and only offered coffee and bagel. I have stayed in other hotels that offer breakfast and it is totally different, and good service, this hotel does not offer any of that. They only ask you for the cleaning tip without even checking out. I don’t recommend it, I wouldn’t go back with them.

Non cooperative policies

Disliked: The hotel didn't have the clock room/locker facility. This is for the first time I have seen after visiting 15 countries. Even when we requested the reception didn't co-operate, they have given us fake information that we can avail this facility at visitor center, which was not the case. Our all energy spent in searching for the locker/clock room instead of enjoying the Niagra Falls. The location of Hotel is shown in front of Niagra Falls Park, but the reality is that it was 1 Km away from the park main gate where most of the busses stops. When we asked to extend the checkout time by 1 hr so that we can complete at least Maid of the Mist ride and then checkout, the reception informed that it was not in policy.

Liked: The room was a nice size,the shower had adequate hot water. The location was decent distance to trails and the falls
Disliked: I found some dirt that was left under the bathroom sink area,and when we had our towels and sheets changed we noticed some hair that was in the towels and wash cloths that we had to pull out of the threads to use. We also found on the sheet what looked like dried blood so we took the sheet off the bed and slept on the one mattress cover that could also be used as a sheet. Would have been nice to have a microwave and coffee maker in room instead of having to go to the third floor where you get ice to use a microwave that all guests use.
