Disappointing

Liked: Fair prices at the restaurant
Disliked: Hotel overrated, for location and most of all for the category. Definitely not a 4 stars. Rooms and bathrooms are outdated. Bed linen had stains of blood. Location is also pretty sketchy. Not sure about the many great reviews. I would pay a bit more and stay in a nice hotel.

Beautiful place but needs better...

Liked: Property is well taken care of with very helpful staff. The location is not too far off from other popular tourist spots. I was on the 4th floor and there was little WIFI available and that’s my only complaint.
Disliked: They need to provide much better WIFI for those of us who are working virtually.

Excellent location for a great...

Liked: Everything was great. From front desk to cleaning staff service was excellent . The breakfast buffet was delicious.
Disliked: A/C didn’t work so good

Disliked: We arrived extremely exhausted from our overseas flight and asked if we could check in 2 hours prior to the check in time as the room was already available and they wanted to charge us 500 pesos, which seemed quite excessive and not very acommodating. Otherwise the staff was helpful with our bags etc

Liked: This is a comfortable hotel located near Condesa neighborhood. Comfortable bed, shower, all good. We had a room with a sofa, which was nice. The restaurant and breakfast were both good. The staff are very helpful.
