Clean hotel, good breakfast and...

Liked: Clean property, good location and delicious breakfast. AC and hot shower also good.
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable. Very stiff and uncomfortable pillows. Also made a specific request to get a quiet room and I was given a room on the 2nd floor facing the street. Can easily hear noise from other rooms and from the street. Not very well insulated from noise.

Disliked: No one answered the phone when I arrived. I booked a room for early in the morning, and then got a delayed flight. I called to make sure we could still check it, but they took my money and did not at least exchange the date or even apologize for not being available at the designated hour. They never answered the phone, but instead texted me the next day saying I could not exchange or extended the date even after I told them abiut my delayed flight. The customer service sucks and I would not recommend.

Liked: Everyone was very kind and helpful.Check-out is at 12:00, which is great.I checked in late in the evening and had no issues at all.Very clean and super quiet.Only 10 minutes on foot to the Zócalo – amazing location!I’ll definitely come back.
Disliked: Nothing, exept maybe some vegan milk for breakfast
