Nice hotel in good location...

Liked: Nice hotel, clean with good size rooms in relatively quiet area. Within walking distance to metro and Centro historica. Really good that water and coffee readily available in lobby
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit hit and miss with quality and content

Disliked: Late check in as room wasn’t ready. Then no wifi and no hot water. When complained there was no solution or acknowledgement of fault

Liked: Restaurant open late (9:30pm) :) Breakfast time (7-11am) :) Water, coffee etc. in the lobby! Bar close to the lobby.
Disliked: WiFi Internet was poor. Had do ask to reboot the router. It worked only well around 2am-6am :/And waiters reminding guests about tips during eating breakfast.

Liked: Clean and comfortable, modern facilities and spacious room. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods, and the hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Bellas Artes and other central locations.
Disliked: The WiFi was patchy, it kept losing signal. Also there is a lot of noise from the road outside. Obviously Ciudad de México is a very busy place but perhaps they could have soundproofed the widows.
