Average experience but awful WiFi

Liked: Staff were helpful and the room was clean. The breakfast buffet was okay. Not a huge selection but was fine
Disliked: The WiFi was terrible. Literally every couple of minutes it kept disconnecting — during our entire stay. Even when it connected, it was slow and not always working. The signal kept dropping too. This was frustrating because we were trying to make plans, book tickets etc.

A Lovely Hotel

Liked: Cleanliness and hygiene, promptness of the workers and cleaning staff, nice English-speaking staff at the reception, location of the hotel with a big market nearby and security.
Disliked: Excellent place to stay with family. Staff are hospitable and responded to my queries without delay. The staff at the reception booked a taxi for me promptly for my onward journey. I plan to come back to this hotel.

Liked: The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. The hotel is clean and looks nice overall. They offer unlimited water and coffee throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient if you have a car, but without one, the area can feel crowded and a bit unsafe.
Disliked: The internet didn’t work during my stay. Every time I called for help, they simply told me there was no connection and that nothing could be done. The restaurant is okay, but the breakfast is exactly the same every single day—fine for a short stay, but I was there for nine days, and it became frustrating. The cleaning service was average; the floor and surfaces were often still dirty after cleaning. Service overall seemed to depend on tipping—if you tipped, the staff treated you well; if not, the experience wasn’t pleasant.
