Exceptional

Liked: Wonderful quiet room number 315 just across from the train station and convenient for people using public transportation. Comfortable beds and clean. The receptionist was welcoming and provided helpful information about the city.. Good value. Exceeded expectations.

Not worth the price. You...

Liked: The location was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The chill out space was nice but not well kept.
Disliked: The first room we were given had no operable windows and the bathroom had a complete glass door giving you no privacy. The only window was in the bathroom but it didn’t open. Very weird setup and kind of creepy, like a cave. I asked for a different room, and the staff happily gave me one. She wasn’t surprised that I didn’t like the room and said she has heard the same from other guests. Our second room was much better, but very noisy. We had ear plugs so we made the best of it. For the money we paid, it was not worth it and left a bad taste in our mouth. The other 2 places we stayed were nicer and less expensive. They spend too much time trying to be cool, but it didn’t work in my opinion. We bought the breakfast, and again, for the money we paid I expected more. It was a cold breakfast and totally unremarkable.
