Disliked: I had a girl in the room that was so terrible smelly. However the hostel can’t change that ofc. There was some mold inside the bathroom.

Liked: There was no any trouble with leaving luggage after check out or before check out so I was able to keep luggage close to bus station while going to museums. Personel was very nice and helpful, this is my second stay and future ones I reserved also here. Is localised between hospital and centre with museums so everywhere is quite close. I usually sleep in rooms with strangers and they were always respecting others.
Disliked: If you are sleep with strangers and wouldn't have own sleep mask or ear plugs it would be nice to have visible information in rooms and on reception with possibility of buying sleep mask or ear plugs at any time of night as reception is open all night. For me it was not a problem as I try to be always prepared but just idea what someone could find useful.

Liked: Location - within walking distance to central Newcastle.Bar / Communal area - Cheap drinks, huge bar with DJ playing at weekends. Free tea & coffee in reception area. Chill out snug area. I booked a private room, spot on, unreal bed, better than some other hotels where I’ve paid double the price. Free toiletries & towels. (Private rooms only)! Overall nothing to complain about or dislike.Didn’t opt for breakfast but it looked decent.
