Liked: The location is fab The beds are super comfortable with black out curtainsThe windows are triple glazed and stopped all the noise from mathew street. We overlooked mathew street and didn't hear a thing once windows closed The staff are lovely Easy check in and easy check out Digital keys Security at night Free coffee in communal areas The price was good
Disliked: The room feels a little tight just because there is 2 x bunk beds in our room but would be fab for families or groups of friends

Disliked: The shower curtain didn't reach the floor so flooded, no air con so window needs to be open and the noise from Mathew street continued until 3am every night

Only for party people cause...

Liked: We really like the city of Liverpool. However, the place where we slept - not so much. If someone likes partying and very, very loud music coming literally outside the windows, then maybe they will like it. We had the impression that we had to fall asleep as if we were at a concert. Despite the closed double windows and earplugs, it was impossible. The location itself is great, because everything is close, to pubs, to attractions, to shops - and all this is in a walking distance. The room was not completely cleaned or vacuumed, someone's hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower, no rug in the shower, no glasses in the room to drink water, nothing. The facility itself, instead of communicating via booking, wrote on whatsapp - the first time such a situation has happened to me. They sent an external link to check-in where our sensitive data was required. Our arrival was in the morning and luckily they let us leave our backpacks, saying that the room would be cleaned and available at 3pm, or most likely earlier, and that we should keep checking, which we did 3 times! And finally it turned out that even after 3pm the room was still not available and we had to wait another hour. While we were waiting for the room, the men who came to check-in were given free drinks by the staff! Nobody even offered us that because we are women? It was very unpleasant. If you are a party person and you don't care about cleanliness, then maybe this place will suit you.
