Disappointing, overpriced hotel.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: No hot water. TV didn’t work. Lift by our room was broken. Ice machine was broken. Some staircases had old mattresses and furniture stored on them. Spa is dated.

Great Burger, average rooms

Liked: Location was good, but that was why we booked that location
Disliked: Rooms were tired, windows didn't shut properly and room overlooked a road that was used by lorries and had a bus idling for most of our stay, with windows that didn't shut, it was noisy
