Liked: It’s beautiful! The hotel feels luxurious, peaceful, calm, a nice retreat in a very busy and hot humid city. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and have great air conditioning!Very hard-working staff who are very kind and professional. The staff is so awesome! And they cannot do enough to make you feel like your needs are met. We really appreciated that they accommodated our vegan diet at breakfast. The food was wonderful! We had fresh bread and jam, but no vegan butter.), Vegan yogurt, plenty of fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and tea, and even the option to have the chef make made to order sautéed vegetables, and also quinoa bowls with spinach and avocado. It was great to be able to eat well as a vegan/ plant-based eater.
Disliked: Can’t fault the property, but the rooms are a little bit on the small side, but this is very typical in Europe
