Comfortable and Convenient

Fabulous

Liked: We had a wonderful stay. The staff is most friendly, the hotel is nicely refurbished and has a stylish look and feel. There is a nice backgarden where you can sit and have a drink. The breakfast is not cheap but really good. If you take the buffet you can get coffee, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit and danish rolls. Really nice! Or you order one of their dishes. The room was cozy and the beds were really comfy. It even has a tea kettle and coffee machine. The hotel is situated in a neat, quiet street just only 3 minutes from the Earls Court metrostation. Perfect connections into Heathrow and the City Center! Our flight was in the evening so we could leave our luggage and have a quick shower before heading off to the airport, which was well appreciated.
Disliked: Shower was a bit small and the door did not open into the correct side but still OK!

Great place to stay near...

Liked: Amazing rooms and furnishings in general. The reception staff was very friendly and accomodating. Great location close to the tube and numerous restaurants in a nice part of town. Breakfast was very tasty with high quality ingredients.
Disliked: The silicone (or whatever material) shower door lining was badly damaged.The bar closes at 22:30 and there is no residents bar. This is more of a subjective negative than a real one.I feel like the breakfast buffet should have more options, there is no fresh fruit, cold cuts or cheeses at all, which would be fine if breakfast didn't cost 29 £.The breakfast staff was very friendly, but only semi competent. One of the members in our party wasn't given a menu, and when they finally were, nobody came to take their order. On the second day, I was given a menu by one team member and then the order was taken by a different one 5 minutes later. It wasn't that busy, no reason to fail at the basics.

Liked: This is a beautiful new hotel - with a luxury; home away from home feel. All the little details are thought of, from stunning flowers, to seperate seating areas in the lobby/lounge, lovely bathroom products - it's special place to stay

Disliked: They deducted deposit from us when we arrived and we still have not received the amount back. I have asked via message but no luck!!!!!
