Liked: The location is very good. Just in the centre of Prague. The train station is also close. You can just walk from the hotel to anywhere in the city.
Disliked: Would be nice if they provide an airport shuttle.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located centrally...

Liked: The hotel facilities are good. Its located very centrally, so its an easy walk to some of the sites, including Charles Bridge and the old clock square. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a close walk from this hotel
Disliked: I felt the rooms were a bit smaller than I expected, however the hotel facilities and location are good

Liked: Great location
Disliked: We were left with an unpleasant impression. Upon check-in, we encountered terrible and unfriendly service at the reception. We had booked two rooms, but the receptionist couldn’t find the second one for a long time and said he couldn’t check us in. Eventually — hooray — he found it.Another disappointment was that there was no water until the morning.We had requested separate beds, but ended up with just one.I do not recommend this place — save your nerves.

Liked: Excellent location, rooms ok with very soft mattresses, very good wifi.
Disliked: Breakfast lacks variety and doesn't look fresh.
