A very disappointing and uncomfortable...

Liked: The staff were kind and did their best to assist us when issues arose. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location in Kensington.
Disliked: Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing compared to our previous visit. We had booked the same type of room we stayed in before (with a street view), but were given a much smaller, dark interior room that felt more like a basement. After requesting a change, we paid extra to upgrade to a family room, but that room’s main lights didn’t work. We were then moved again to a third room, which had functioning lights but was awkwardly located on a half floor and, most importantly, had an air-conditioning system that never worked properly. Despite reporting the issue, it was never resolved, and I had to sleep with a USB fan pointing at me just to cool down. It was extremely uncomfortable and not at all the standard we expected.
