The kind of hotel you...

Liked: Stayed here a few times now. Great location and a great price for where it is. Rooms are a good size, and are clean on arrival. The air-con is particularly handy in the London summer. Staff are friendly too. Always a pleasant experience.
Disliked: No issues at all.

Good hotel for tourists who...

Liked: Excellent location - just 100 yards from Gloucester Road tube station.
Disliked: Room was small and a few tatty bits like threadbare carpet thresholds. No fridge in room.

Disliked: I would like to express my discomfort due to the noise coming from the window facing the street, as well as the curtain which does not adequately block the sunlight.

Very disappointed how the room...

Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: There was a water flooding in my room during 3rd night at 4 am. A strong stream of water was coming from the ceiling for an hour. The alarm turned on after the carpet in the room got fully wet. Also my luggage and clothes that were on the carpet got wet and damaged a few hours before my departure. I reported the flooding to desk during the night and they turned off the alarm and put tons of towels on the floor but I was not compensated and was asked to pay a full rate for this night. I am very disappointed given the reputation of this hotel and high price.

Disliked: Wasn’t clean, rooms were teeny and I didn’t feel safe. I could hear people outside my room during the night, also there wa sa group of men congregated on the stairs outside my room- think they worked there but not sure. Felt very uneasy
