Liked: Modern clean quiet and excellent location. Stored bags on arrival and departure and helped booking a taxi (not black cab) , mini toiletries coffee and tea and biscuits in room.
Disliked: Shower was slow to drain but great shower

Comfortable and pleasant!

Liked: Breakfast was very nice, had a variety of the usual continental style meal. The room was very clean and well kept. The location was prime and easily accessible, very active scene. My electrical converter did not work with the one in the room, but the male attendant at the front desk was gracious and prompt in responding to my concerns.
Disliked: The bed appeared smaller than expected; electrical converter did not work but my concern was addressed.
