We’d likely stay here again.

Liked: Walkable locations, very close to multiple restaurants, and near enough to museums and sites.
Disliked: Just so happened there was a NATO Summit the week we were there so many roads were closed, making Uber/Taxi service challenging. The on-property store is very expensive. No safe in the room!

One of the worst expirences...

Liked: It was close to the national mall
Disliked: I paid for a monument view room and did not get one I had to complain 3x for a partial refund which was refunded to booking.com and have not received. What was supposed to be a romantic getaway with a view of the fireworks went sour very quickly . Staff laughed when I was upset about not getting the room I paid for and asking for at the very least a partial refund
