Had a great time time...

Liked: I love everything about this place. The staff makes you feel welcome. Food is great. Pool and lazy river, awesome, and the food only delicious! Stayed one night and loved every minute of it!
Disliked: Too hot when using valet. Maybe get some fans. The staff can use the small gesture I'm sure!

Liked: The location and the hotel itself is beautiful so calming love the view from our room.
Disliked: Well, I'm disappointed by all the hidden fees they have, the a.c. in my room wasn't working that well, they only gave you 4 wristbands per room for the pool in which I lost one and had to pay an extra $25 which is ridiculous. You also need a wristband to enter the pool side even though your not going swimming so that's a waste of a wristband i could of gave it to some else who could use it to swim. Everything is money, money money with them. Check out was at 11am we were gathering our last minute stuff to leave when the cleaning lady comes by to say if we're doing a late check out(I know she was making sure we were leaving) it was 11:04am like chill were already leaving. Very disappointed
