Disliked: The music at the pool. Pools do not need to be nightclubs. Bartender lady tone of voice was not so friendly as she was closing at 6 and it was 5:30 so I didn’t stay.

Liked: My family enjoyed the room.
Disliked: I think that for the price, the crib we ordered could have been in the room at 4:30 when we checked in - and not needed the guest to call and remind the staff that it was required. Most other hotels we've stayed in have managed this. This is the first time I've stayed in a Marriott since a disastrous visit to the Essex in NYC. We only used it this time because of its proximity to a family member's home.

Liked: Being in the uk and the hotel in the USA initially it was difficult and frustrating contacting the hotel. So if an email address to the front reception was easily available that would be great. Once there the staff were brilliant especially Lux at reception.
Disliked: Being unable to make contact before our stay, we also thought there would be more places to eat however only Rita’s and the pool bar were open and the pool bar closed early.
