Good location , nice property...

Liked: Location was good and lots of displays to look at in the property so having only one night it was a good stop on the river
Disliked: The room was a big disappointment - billed as a city view, and paid more for it , you would have to be over 10 feet tall to see outside. In fact standing on the back of a chair I could barely see. Carpet at seams was unravelling. Really misleading and expensive for "no view" but the sky.

Disliked: Did not get the type room that I reserve. Needed 2 queen room and got a King. So had to change rooms the next day. Did not get the style room requested either day and paid extra for Upgrade so when we changed rooms we no longer had the view.

Disliked: the access to the restrooms from the reception is not wheelchair friendly
