Liked: Nice rooms. Good location.
Disliked: Arrival at 4:00 pm. No greeting from Front office staff Shanon. Room was not ready. Had to wait till 5:30 pm. Paid online 200 usd for an upgrade to a one bedroom river view suite which turns out to be a Junior suite (no partition). Asked twice for late check out on the next day. Could not get an answer. Realised the next day we had a 36 usd food voucher nobody told us about. Good hardware. Very Poor Software.

Liked: Location incredible, hotel was beautiful and the whole area had a lot to offer, staff were super friendly and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like! It was fantastic.

Liked: A beautiful area. The staff was amazing the hotels themselves were phenomenal! The elevator didn't work that great but it was still a beautiful stay
