Disliked: Very loud walls too thin. Kid functions lasted until 10pm Very intense with so many people. Not relaxing.

Liked: Comfortable room. Great water/pool options. Many really good food options on site.
Disliked: Very crowded especially at the pools. I think it was the last weekend before school so there were a ton of kids.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: It was very loud and seemed like kids were just running everywhere unattended. It was too crowded for our pleasure. Lines everywhere even on slides or restaurants or registration were so long so be prepared to just wait a long time.We checked out a day early because of a family emergency in the Houston area and explained ourselves plus our situation and even so, they’re not refunding our second night. We explained even our experience there and they didn’t care. Definitely would not recommend as service is mediocre.
